FAQ's

Q - Is there a age limit?
A - You must be at least 10 years of age and weigh no less than 60 pounds.

Q - Do tours run all year long?
A - Yes, tours run all year long.

Q -Can you zip line when its raining outside?
A -You can zip line in mostly any condition unless its lighting, or extremely windy.

Q - How much walking is there?
A -Total, there is about 1/3 of a mile of hiking between ziplines.

Q - Do you walk on level ground?
A -Some of the hiking is level and some is on uneven ground.

Q - Can 2 people zip together?
A -Each person would zip on the line alone, but your partner would be in your tour group.

Q - What is the weight limit?
A -Has to be at least 60 pounds and under 280.

Q - Do we brake ourselves?
A -No.  The tour is engineered with a passive gravity brake system.  In addition, your tour guides are trained in back up braking procedures.

Q - Do we go out and zip line on our own?
A -No you would be in a group of 4-12 people and with trained guides.

Q - How many zip lines are there?
A -There are 7 different zip lines and one that you will zip across twice. Some are in the canopy's of the trees, and some are on the ground.

Q - What are the 2 suspension bridges?
A -The 2 suspension bridges, totaling of 150 feet, get you from a lower deck to a higher deck in the trees to gain elevation for a longer zip.

Q - Do you use full body harness?
A -No, we use a sit harness, and do not allow upside down zipping.

Q - Do you serve food on the tour?
A -There is a concession stand available at the cliffs, which is open on weekends now.

Q - What should we wear?
A - Dress for the weather, close toed shoes/boots are required and long pants are recommended.

Q - How far outside of Marseilles are you?
A - We are 5 miles east on Rt. 6 from Marseilles.
